Apartamentos Latin - Nerja

The staff was excellent and helpful throughout our stay. Got the apartment with the most amazing balcony when arrived, liked that. There were facilities such as central heating, TV set, and a microwave. We had a lovely time at Apartamentos Latin in Nerja, spending a very comfortable 9 days there. the staff was exceptional and provided assistance throughout our stay. When we arrived, we were delighted to find our apartment had the most amazing balcony. Additionally, we appreciated the amenities available, including central heating, a TV set, and a microwave.

Rooms here were equipped with large bedroom, a good view plus a sofa bed. Views of the ocean and beach, the Irish bar was on the premises. It was located in a safe area so close to the center and Nerja,.

Absolutely EXCELLENT location and food. Early check in. Setting short walk to the museum.

I loved the apartment even though some things didn't work.

The location was particularly good, just a few steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center. Amicable, excellent people working here. Large room with a big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.

Apartment was clean and close to everything , staff were very helpful place was quite and no interruptions

Beds were exceptionally comfortable and it had kitchenette. The host was always available.

The location is great and convenient, within walking distance to the tourist spots. the staff were helpful, and the room was large, warm, and had a great bed. the excellent Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the Irish bar was comfortable.

I liked the location and the apartment was lovely and clean and great value for money

We rented a two-bedroom apartment for two nights in Nerja. The apartment is amazingly close to Burriana beach, and we even had a balcony with a view of the sea which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and really looked after us during our stay there. The apartment was well- furnished and we enjoyed using the hotel swimming pool.

There was only air-con in the living room and no air-con or fan in the bedrooms which made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a happy short stay here, the room was reasonably large and included both a tub and a shower, making it absolutely great.

The location was stunning and incredible so close to everything. Last time I stopped, had reasonably large and warm room with seaview. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were rather noisy.

A lovely stay at these excellent apts equipped with all you need.We had an apt at the front with a large balcony and a sea-view.Friendly and helpful hosts.I would highly recommend them.

The staff here is very welcoming and the restaurant offers a wide variety of outstanding meal options, plus the location is marvelous and perfect, right next to the beach.

Loved the location and loved having a washing machine! Also a good library.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. Rafael, the owner offered me english magazines to read and also lent us a sun parasol which was really helpful.

Sadly, our stay was ruined by a few issues. The first was the noise. The walls were thin and so you could hear footsteps, doors slamming and voices from other apartments. Everyone stays up late and it really keeps you awake. The outside noise was the worst problem, traffic mainly, these apartments are on a main through road and itsreally really noisy. There is is also a bar right underneath this block so you can hear that until it closes around 12.30am. We asked to be situated away from the noise specifically after reading reviews but they said they coulndnt promise anything and despite travelling with two young children, they put us in the room right above the pub / road - very noisy. It sums up the whole attitude of the couple that run it - they did very little to make our stay enjoyable - We were really disappointed with the bad attitude of Simone the owner, everything was too much trouble for him. When we arrived we had to ask him to fit a lightbulb in our room as no light working, batteries in the remote as also not working and ask him for the air con to be switched on - it was boiling. He then told us air con only works from 2pm onwards and turns itself off for 15 minutes throughout the afternoon. The truth is, it didnt work at all. Maybe it stayed on for half an hour then turned itself off, there was only one vent and it made no difference to the temp of the room anyway as not powerful enough. We survived just, but i cant imagine how awful it must be in the height of the summer! You cant really have the doors/ windows open as it is way too noisy. The apartments advertise themselves as having aircon which is not strictly true, they also advertise as sea view but this is deceiving - yes we could just about see the sea but in its way was a huge, scruffy looking apartment block - noisy, air vents/ generators backing onto our room. What a disappointment! I would reccommend paying a bit more and staying somewhere else, we were sorely disappointed.
